Privacy Policy | Vikas Editor

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what data Vikas Editor ("we", "us") collects when you use vikaseditor.net, why we collect it and what choices you have.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and profile picture, from email sign up or Google sign in.
Photos and prompts: the photos you upload, the prompts you write and the images the Service generates for you.
Payment data: plan, credit purchases and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage data: pages visited, the referring site or campaign that brought you to us, device and browser information, collected with privacy-friendly analytics and cookies.

How we use data

To run the Service: edit your photos, keep your History and manage credits and subscriptions.
To send account emails such as email verification and password reset.
To prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.
To understand which pages and features are useful so we can improve them.

AI processing

To edit a photo, we send it and your prompt to our AI model provider, which processes them only to return the result. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not sell your data.

Uploads and results are stored privately and are visible only to you. You can delete any edit from History, which removes both the original and the result. If you delete your account, your photos, edits and personal data are deleted.

We share data only with service providers that help us run Vikas Editor (hosting, AI processing, payments, email, analytics), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

Vikas Editor is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
